El Castillo de las Guardas has municipal paths that used to connect the villages of the municipality and provide access to livestock farms. Currently, there are 70 kilometres of suitable paths, signposted and belonging to a network of trails approved by the Andalusian Federation of Mountain Sports, Climbing and Hiking, for your sporting enjoyment in contact with nature.
The surroundings of the municipality allow the practice of numerous sporting activities, such as: hunting, horse riding along local trails, cycle touring and trail walking.
